New York Jets rookie LB Vernon Gholston had dinner with Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor last week in a meeting set up by Gholston's financial advisor. Gholston, the sixth overall pick in the draft, has been invisible through the first half of the season with just three tackles and no sacks. "I wasn't looking for him to coach me," Gholston said. "I was asking him about playing the game, playing the position, what to look for, just general questions."
