[Steelers] Steelers Sign LB Patrick Bailey To Practice Squad

In other Steelers news, the team signed linebacker Patrick Bailey to its practice squad today. Bailey had played two games for the Steelers before they released him last Saturday to make room for defensive tackle Scott Paxson on the 53-man roster.
