Rams [Rams] Rams Re-Sign WR Eddie Kennison Hours After Release

The Rams released veteran Eddie Kennison on Tuesday, but within minutes of the paperwork clearing the league office in New York late in the afternoon, Kennison was re-signed by the club. Turns out the Rams received medical information on Dane Looker after releasing Kennison, informing them that Looker wasn’t yet cleared to play following a concussion against Buffalo. Looker may be cleared by the end of the week, but the Rams didn’t want to be caught shorthanded, so they re-signed Kennison before he even had a chance to leave town.
