 [Steelers] Steelers LB James Harrison Fined $20K Over Comments The league office has slapped Steelers' All-Pro linebacker James Harrison with a $20,000 fine for comments he made following last Monday night's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, FOXSports.com has learned. Harrison, a 2007 Pro Bowler, was flagged for a questionable roughing-the-passer penalty when he hit Jaguars quarterback David Garrard after the QB threw the ball. "Ridiculous call," Harrison said of the penalty. "You don't make a call like that. Unless (the official) might have money on it." Source: FOXSports.com

| Ridiculous comment. You don't make a comment like that. Unless (Harrison) might want to lose money on it.

| accusing the refs of bribes even if it's a joke totally elevates the fine. stupid. just stupid. no matter how bad the call is.

| $20K is too much for a fine based on words...opposed to $7500 for going out and trying to take a guys head off... The officiating has been horrendous this year...face it Goodell...

| Easily the worst year for bad calls in a long long time! The comments about having money on it were unnecessary but a comment saying the call was bullshit is, imo, totaly warranted!
