[Bears] Bears GM Discusses DT Tomie Harris' Suspension

Bears general manager Jerry Angelo said he has talked to DT Tommie Harris and resolved the issues that led to Harris being suspended for the team's Week 5 game. Angelo said, "We tried just to get his attention. He's going through some things not unlike a lot of people. And we've helped Tommie, like we do every player if we can." Harris said he was late to treatments for his knee and admitted being emotionally distraught over personal issues. Sources also indicated Harris had an argument with head coach Lovie Smith partly over the team's release of WR Mark Bradley, who recently signed with the Kansas City Chiefs.
