Seahawks [Seahawks] Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace Practices At WR

In a scramble to find bodies to play receiver, QB Seneca Wallace has been practicing at wide receiver this week. While the Seahawks have signed receivers Billy McMullen and Samie Parker, Wallace is at least familiar with the system and could contribute this week. "How we use him will kind of tie in with how the new guys fit in," HC Mike Holmgren said. "It's an interesting thing." Wallace may also even dip into punt returning, but that won't be determined until the end of the week.

Spelling in the title needs fixing.

Should be interesting, they could run a few gadget plays with him, maybe have him throw a pass or two as well. He has taken a few snaps there before so it's not a complete unknown but this shows how thin the 'Hawks are. They have two games before their bye, which is probably a good thing, gives them time to get healthy at that spot for the bulk of the season.

He's played receiver before for the chickens. I'm not surprised.
