[Cowboys] Cowboys Re-sign WR Mike Jefferson To Practice Squad

Receiver Mike Jefferson has been re-signed to the Cowboys practice squad, the team announced this morning. The Cowboys also added guard Ryan Gibbons to the practice squad. Gibbons, who was released on the final roster reduction, takes the place of quarterback Richard Bartel, who was cut Monday.
