[Rams] Rams CB Fakhir Brown Expected To Play Sunday

Rams CB Fakhir Brown practiced without restrictions this week and should play this Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown tore his rotator cuff in the team's first practice but the injury did not require surgery.
