 [Texans] Texans RB Ahman Green Agrees To Restructure His Deal The Texans and RB Ahman Green have agreed to a restructured deal that will pay him $200,000 for every game in which he's active this season, starting with the second game of the year. Green was slated to make $3.8 million as a base salary and up to $4.2 million after reaching incentives. Now, Green's base salary will be $1.8 million, which frees up $2 million in salary-cap dollars. Source: Houston Chronicle

| its smart on his part. first he's a #3 back and secondly, if he gets cut, his career is over and no money is coming in.
