[Browns] Browns CB Kenny Wright Released On Bail

Browns cornerback Kenny Wright, who was jailed on Thursday after being chased down by guys who don’t play pro football, has been released on $5,000 bond. The team, however, has not released him. Recently, two of the Browns’ AFC North rivals have cut players who have been arrested. The Steelers dumped receiver Cedrick Wilson, and the Bengals cut receiver Chris Henry. Whether the Browns follow suit likely depends on whether they think that they can do without Wright. It’s easy to take a stand against misbehavior when it’s a guy you don’t really need.
