[Dolphins] Dolphins Agree To Terms With Reggie Torbor

Dolphins agreed to terms with LB Reggie Torbor. The Giants have lost Torbor, Kawika Mitchell, and Gibril Wilson is probably next out the door. Torbor brings size and versatility to Miami, but probably won't be looked at as a possible starter.
