[Giants] Giants WR Plaxico Burress' Injury Getting Worse

Giants WR Plaxico Burress led the team with seven receptions for 93 yards in Sunday's loss to the Vikings, but he has shown an inability to get downfield and become that game-breaking threat he was at the start of the season. His sprained ankle, a season-long ailment, appears to be worsening. "I tell you guys every week that it hurts, that it's sore and that I am trying to do my best to help the team," he says. Others say he might be better off, as would the team, if he took a game off and thus bought himself almost two weeks of rest.
