[Browns] Browns CB Eric Wright Could Be Benched

Browns rookie cornerback Eric Wright might have to take a step back and learn a few things from the sidelines for a while. A very testy Romeo Crennel had harsh words for the defense in general and for Wright in particular. Wright gave up a 41-yard TD pass to Ronald Curry after letting the receiver get behind him deep. "You try to get him deeper, for one, and if you've got other people to look at, maybe you try to take a look at other people -- if they don't stay back and do their job," said Crennel. Wright, who is from San Francisco and had friends and family at the game, has given up four TD passes in three games. If Crennel decides to demote Wright, he'll probably go to either Daven Holly or Kenny Wright. Last week, Crennel said Eric Wright has more talent than Holly. But he's suffering from rookie growing pains.
