[Patriots] Patriots OG Stephen Neal Among Inactives

The Patriots declared S Rashad Baker, LB Corey Mays, G Stephen Neal, OT Wesley Britt, TE David Thomas, DL Kareem Brown, and DL Mike Wright inactive for Week 2. Neal's injury is the big surprise here and a blow to the running game. Thomas is a healthy scratch.
