[Rams] Rams CB Fakhir Brown Suspended Four Games

St. Louis Rams cornerback Fakhir Brown was suspended for four games by the NFL on Friday for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Brown's suspension begins August 31. He's eligible to return to the Rams' active roster on October 1. Brown, 29, is allowed to participate in all preseason practice and games. In his first season with the Rams in 2006, Brown recorded 66 tackles and three interceptions in 14 games. The eight-year veteran previously had played with San Diego and New Orleans.
