| Former SS Marquand Manuel Among Four New Seahawks Assistants | | | Marquand Manuel -- a former Seahawks safety -- is among the four additions to the coaching staff announced by the team Tuesday. He becomes the assistant special teams coach, taking the spot that was filled by Jeff Ulbrich the past two years. Keith Carter, a former UCLA Bruin who coached the past three years at University of San Diego was hired to serve as the quality control coach for the offense. The Seahawks also hired Univesity of Washington assistant John Glenn as a special teams assistant.
