The Indianapolis Colts announced that they have placed linebacker Zac Diles and offensive linemen James Williams and Jaimie Thomas on waivers. Diles had been claimed off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in December and a pair of tackles in four games. Diles was set to make $1 million in the second year of a two-year contract he had signed with the Buccaneers. Williams and Thomas both spent 2011 on injured reserve and were due the league minimum base salaries in 2012.
