| | | The Buffalo Bills have hired former tight end Pete Metzelaars as tight ends coach. Metzelaars joins the Bills after spending the previous eight seasons on the Indianapolis Colts coaching staff. He spent the last two seasons as the team’s offensive line coach. In 2010, the Colts offensive line tied for an NFL-low 16 sacks in 695 pass attempts. Metzelaars played tight end for the Bills from 1985 – 1994 and was named to the team’s 50th anniversary team in 2009, Metzelaars recorded the most receptions (302), receiving yards (2,921), touchdowns (25) and games played (156) by a tight end in Buffalo Bills history.
