New England Patriots wide receiver Chad Ochocinco appeared in an Ohio court for a traffic violation on Monday, the day after his team lost in Super Bowl XLVI, according to WXIX TV in Cincinnati. Ochocinco tweeted about his appearance Monday. "Court appearance done in Cincinnati, having to appear in court for window tint being to [sic] dark is a bit extreme, nonetheless no jail time," he wrote. The former Cincinnati Bengals receiver was reportedly fined $200 for driving with a suspended license and committing a window-tinting violation in July. He had originally been scheduled to appear in December, but when he failed to be there, his date was postponed until Monday, according to the TV station.
