| Former Rutgers Assistant P.J. Fleck Joins Buccaneers As WR Coach | | | The Bucs are expected to add several of coach Greg Schiano's Rutgers assistants to their coaching staff in the coming days, and the first one may already be on board. Former Rutgers receivers coach P.J. Fleck, after a bizarre series of events this week, reportedly is headed to Tampa Bay to coach the Buccaneers' receivers. Fleck had joined Northern Illinois this week as the school's offensive coordinator, but resigned on Friday -- one day after being named -- presumably because of his plans to join the Bucs. The news of Fleck's decision to join the Bucs is being reported by ESPNChicago.com. Fleck coached under Schiano at Rutgers for the past two seasons. Source: Tampa Bay Times
