Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon told NFL Network that he won’t sit out any drills or tests at the Scouting Combine, which will be held Feb. 22-28 in Indianapolis. Blackmon said he will “do it all” and predicted he will run the 40-yard dash in 4.4 to 4.5 seconds. Sporting News draft Russ Lande ranks Blackmon (6-1, 211), who caught 122 passes for 1,522 and 18 touchdowns in 2011, as the top wide receiver in the draft. Blackmon decided to skip his senior year and enter the draft.
