After Indianapolis Colts and quarterback Peyton Manning exchanged messages through the media throughout the Super Bowl, the team released a statement on Friday expressing their unity and attached a picture of the group from the team's party on Thursday night. "Peyton Manning, Jim Irsay and the entire Colts family remain close and unified as we continue to work through all the options that relate to his future with the Colts. The present focus is on the Super Bowl and the great game that awaits."

Isn't this what they did a week or so ago?

We're going in circles now...let me guess. Manning's doctor will say he's cleared to play, but the Colts haven't cleared him yet...

Again...just a guess...

If everyone , including the media, is not interested in this story and thinks it is stealing the thunder from the Super Bowl, then why do they keep reporting it?!!
Put it at the bottom of the sports page in a small statement with the rest of the sports news.
