The NFL has extended Commissioner Roger Goodell's contract another five years to Mar 2019 according to Daniel Kaplan of the Sports Business Journal. His contract was due to expire in March of 2014. The extension comes after hugely successful season, and 10-year CBA deal that saw an economic shift to owners. Most recently available tax returns show Goodell earning about $10 million annually.
