Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements completed an interview during the morning, and offensive coordinator Joe Philbin was interviewing during the afternoon, according to a league source. The Bucs had hoped to wrap up the first round of interviews by the weekend. The team's plan is to whittle down the list for a second round of interviews and complete that process next week. The coaches became available to interview following the Packers' loss to the New York Giants in the divisional round of the playoffs.
