Defensive coordinator Mel Tucker, who was the interim head coach for the Jaguars late last season, also has the "Assistant Head Coach" affixed to his title. Olson spent the last four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, coaching quarterbacks before he was promoted to offensive coordinator at the start of the 2009 season. Prior to Tampa Bay, Olson was the St. Louis Rams offensive coordinator from 2006-07, Detroit Lions quarterbacks coach/offensive coordinator (2004-05), Chicago Bears quarterbacks coach in 2003 and San Francisco 49ers quarterbacks coach in 2001. Olson interviewed with the Bears last week for a possible quarterbacks coach/passing game coordinator position. Source: Mac's Football Blog
