Browns general manager Tom Heckert said he hasn’t talked to Peyton Hillis’ representatives since midseason but will do so “in the next week or so,” according to Steve Doerschuk of the Canton Repository. Hillis can hit the free agency market March 13. “We wouldn’t be adverse to brining him back,” Heckert said. “Now we have to see what else is available and what our plans are for our other free agents.”
