Strange indeed never hear of an o-line coach doing offensive coordinator duties.
Thhe Jerome Henderson is an excellent hire the browns had the number 2 defensive backfield under him. It will be interesting to see if he can work any magic with this talentless bunch.

Good hires. Henderson should get some help either in the draft or a FA. If not, Jerry's not watching the same secondary as we are. Thought hiring Callahan as Oline coach was good. Not quite sure I'm sold on him being the OC. But Garrett needs to focus more on being HC. To many duties and the job gets muddled at times.

there are quite a few o-coordinators that don't call plays. i would imagine callahan will be working with the o-line and also be part of the group with garrett that works on the weekly game planning but that's about it.

I think that's one of the major problems of the Cowboys. People wearing too many hats. It should be one person, one job.
