University of Alabama juniors Trent Richardson and Dre Kirkpatrick will enter the 2012 NFL Draft, they announced at a press conference this afternoon according to Chase Goodbread of Tidesports.com. The two are expected to be prized choices in the draft, with Richardson and Kirkpatrick projected as top-ten picks in the first round by nfldraftscout.com. richardson is going to be amazing....i think chiefs team him up with charles.

dre i love as a FS.....he could be drafted as either, he could certainly play CB in some schemes but FS is where i see him being dominant

If the Chiefs are absolutely dead- set on using Cassel, I can see us with Richardson. There really isn't a need for defense until the later rounds and we can get OL in the middle rounds. The best rushing attack in the league is the only way the Chiefs can generate any type of offense.
