Dave Campo will not return as the secondary coach for the Dallas Cowboys. The contract of the veteran assistant expires this month and Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports Campo’s departure will be the first step in repairing a pass defense that was horrendous this season. New defensive coordinator Rob Ryan’s system was a problem for the Cowboys, who were consistently shredded through the air. Dallas surrendered 3,906 yards passing, the second-most in franchise history. The 24 passing touchdowns allowed were a team record. Per the report, the rest of the coaching staff is set to return “as of now.”

Wonder if they need to go to a 4-3 instead of a 3-4.

This is step 1

Step 2: get rid of Maxi

Step 3: Add 4 new starters

I totally agree it's time for Brett Maxie to go he has worn out his stay here. There will be a top notch DB in the firsthand second round.

Im trying to decide who's bandwagon im gonna be on. Decastro at OG or Kirkpatrick at CB. Both are perfect fits, and cornerstone type guys

I would much rather draft a CB then an OG, but if we add a starter at CB through FA, then Im all about DeCastro

Are there any competent CB's who are free agents this off season? Secondary has been a major let down on this team for far to long.
