Rams To Interview Two Titans Personnel Executives

The St. Louis Rams have requested and received permission from the Tennessee Titans to interview Tennessee Titans personnel executives Lake Dawson and Ruston Webster for their general manager vacancy, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. A 1994 third-round pick out of Notre Dame by the Kansas City Chiefs, Dawson joined the Seattle Seahawks' organization in 2001 and had been promoted to Assistant Director of Pro Personnel when he left to join the Titans in 2007. Dawson headed up the Titans' pro scouting department and is currently the team's Vice President of Football Operations. Webster is the Titans' Vice President of Player Personnel and has over 20 years of pro and college scouting experience with the Titans, Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both individuals have worked with Jeff Fisher, who is the favorite to land the team's head coaching job.
