| Browns QB Seneca Wallace Wants To Prove He's A Starter | | | Browns quarterback Seneca Wallace has spent much of his nine seasons in the NFL as a backup quarterback. First to Matt Hasselbeck with the Seattle Seahawks from 2003-09 and then Jake Delhomme and Colt McCoy with the Cleveland Browns the last two seasons. With McCoy shut down for the season due to a concussion, Wallace is out to show that he's capable of being a starting quarterback in the National Football League, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports. "At the end of the day, I can control what I can control," he said. "Yeah, I get frustrated that, hey, I feel like I deserve a shot or I want a shot. But at the end of the day, it's just a matter of making sure I lead my teammates in the right direction. The rest will take care of itself." Wallace, 31, started 14 games during his seven seasons with the Seahawks, with most of those coming during the 2008 season. Source: Mac's Football Blog
