Marshawn Lynch is on the greatest scoring streak in Seattle Seahawks history with at least one touchdown in each of the last 10 games he's played. The San Francisco 49ers defense has already made NFL history by not allowing a touchdown on the ground in the first 14 games of the season. Something has to give, right? The Seahawks' midseason turnaround started when they made a new commitment to being a run-first team, relying on the angry power running of Lynch to turn a 2-6 start into a 7-7 record with their playoff hopes still alive entering Saturday's game versus the 49ers. Aside from the playoffs, there is an underlying goal for the Seahawks to be the first team to score a rushing touchdown against the best run defense in the NFL.
