Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberer OK, But O-Line Needs Work

Ben Roethlisberger’s right knee appears to be OK, but the Pittsburgh Steelers know they need to do a better job of protecting their franchise quarterback. Roethlisberger momentarily left Sunday’s 24-0 win over Seattle after taking a shot to the knees from Seattle’s Raheem Brock, who beat rookie right tackle Marcus Gilbert on the play. Brock drew a flag for unnecessary roughness, but it marked the second time Gilbert was beaten in his first NFL start. Roethlisberger was sacked in the first quarter with the ball deep in Seattle territory by Seahawks safety Atari Bigby. Coach Mike Tomlin praised Gilbert’s overall play, particularly in while run blocking but stressed the entire line needs to continue to get better for the Steelers (1-1), who travel to Indianapolis (0-2) next week.

Isn't Big Ben the second most sacked QB since '06 or something? Second to Gay Cutler.

No he's second for sure. They showed the statistics during the Bears and Saints game yesterday. Gay Cutler was one. Big Ben was two and Aaron Rodgers was three. I just can't remember if the stat was for '06 or after.
