Vikings QB Brett Favre Not Among Week 6's Inactives

Vikings QB Brett Favre has been ruled active for Week 6 against the Cowboys. Favre was limited in practice this week as he continues to be bothered by tendinitis in his throwing elbow. Favre received a cortisone shot immediatley after Monday night's game against the Jets and said he would sit out a game or two if the condition worsened. The rest of the Vikings Week 6 inactives: QB Joe Webb, WR Hank Baskett, S Tyrell Johnson, RB Toby Gerhart, FB Naufahu Tahi, G Chris DeGeare, DT Jimmy Kennedy, DE Everson Griffen.
