Michael Irvin Slams Cowboys WR Roy Williams On NFL Network

In a recent segment on the NFL Network (Around the Table) , Michael Irvin and various other ex-NFL players and coaches predicted their Super Bowl 45 winner. When it gets to Irvin's turn to decide, he chooses the San Diego Chargers. Before he can even get out his reasons why, he is heckled by Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk, asking why he isn't picking Dallas to win it all. Irvin's response: "I won't take Dallas until Dallas has whatever it needs to stop playing 10 versus 11. And with Roy Williams on the field, the Cowboys are playing 10 versus 11. Now, if they put the young boy Dez Bryant in, you better believe I'll take Dallas."

Ouch that's harsh, I watched some of that show and when he was on Favre's nuts he said "What makes Favre great is he's been good with unknown receivers. He played with receivers I can't even remember and I was on the field with them."

All I (and i'm sure the rest of the world) could think about was cocaine.

Irvin is just being a sack swinger. Last year he was behind RW, now all of a sudden he hates him. Irvin is back on the shit again..

I actually find it easy to argue with. Replace Roy Williams with Dez Bryant and suddenly they are SB champs? Irvin did too much coke.

I didn't make clear I was laughing about the 10 versus 11 point.

On SB bound? Yea, cocaine.

It's just Mike promoting his protege Dez into the lineup....trying to get in the head of JJ to bench Roy.
Last year he backed Roy was in his corner but now we all know Mike is a backstabber one minute he's your friend the next he's sliding that knife in your back.
