| Seahawks Release CB Jordan Babineaux, RB Julius Jones | | |
The Seahawks released Jordan Babineaux Sunday, continuing their roster shakeup. Babineaux was with Seattle since 2004 when he was an undrafted rookie free agent from Texas. Babineaux's release was first reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter and subsequently confirmed indepdently. Schefter also reported the Seahawks cut running back Julius Jones. It continues the overhaul of a roster that continues to turn over the roster, putting youth in front of players with starting experience.
