Center John Sullivan is taking part in practice Sunday after missing most of training camp and all four preseason games because of a calf injury. Sullivan worked with the first-team line during individual position drills. Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said last week that the team wants to evaluate Sullivan in practice early this week to see if he's physically able to play against the Saints on Thursday. Cornerback Cedric Griffin is taking part in his first practice after being on the PUP all training camp while he recovers from ACL surgery. Griffin will be limited and it's unlikely that he will play Thursday.
