Cleveland Browns rookie RB Montario Hardesty suffered a torn left ACL on Thursday that will keep him out for the entire season, ESPN reported. The Browns have placed Hardesty on injured reserve. Hardesty left Thursday's game against the Chicago Bears after being hurt in the second quarter. It was his first game of the preseason after sitting out much of traiing camp with a bone bruise in his other knee. A second-round pick, Hardesty had been considered a potential impact player for the Browns. "I hurt my knee making a cut," a dejected Hardesty said after Cleveland's 13-10 win. "I really don't know what it is. I can't say it's not frustrating. I want to stay positive, get as much information as possible and return my focus to getting better. I'm hopeful whatever it is, I can get back as soon as possible."
