Redskins wide receiver Malcolm Kelly was not at practice Thursday. Head Coach Mike Shanahan said he had to deal with a personal matter and much like tight end Fred Davis one day earlier, it appears Kelly had a court date according to Rick Maese of the Washington Post. Kelly was scheduled to answer to three misdemeanor traffic charges in Fairfax County on Thursday morning, according to court records. Cited for erratic lane change in Herndon on July 7, Kelly faced a $200 fine that was past due, according to court records, he also was cited for not having a driver's license during that same traffic stop. Kelly is the third Redskin to generate news related to traffic offenses in the past 24 hours, joining Fred Davis and Trent Williams.
