Redskins CB Carlos Rogers Signs His RFA Tender

Redskins cornerback Carlos Rogers signed his $1.54 million restricted free agent tender and took part in practice Thursday. He waited until the last possible moment because he was unhappy not to get a long-term contract. In five seasons in the league, Rogers has accumulated six interceptions, three forced fumbles and 245 tackles with the Redskins.
