With the Broncos still negotiating with Tim Tebow as of noon today, the rookies need a quarterback to at least hand the ball off a couple times today when rookie training camp begins with a 3 p.m. workout. Veteran quarterback Kyle Orton and possibly Brady Quinn are expected to participate in the workout, along with rookies and veterans coming off offseason injuries. The first official day of training camp is Sunday when veterans join the rookies for a morning (8:45 a.m.) and evening (5:30 p.m.) workout.
