Indeed, if there's anything 49ers coach Mike Singletary learned about coaching, it's that he can't predict his team's way into the playoffs. That, and he can't talk a referee into changing his mind after a bad call. So he's going to keep quiet on both fronts in 2010. "I sense that our guys are ready," Singletary said. "We put the work in. I'm just ready to get going. I'm still going to do what I do. We're going to work, and we're going to work hard, and we're going to earn the right to win."

Im so excited yet so worried. This reminds me of 2007. Now of course id say this team is much better and coaches are hanging around but still we had our hopes up and went 5-11 with once again one of the worst offenses ive ever seen. 3 and out city...
