Washington Redskins guard Chad Rinehart has been found guilty of public intoxication in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Rinehart was arrested outside a pizza restaurant after he set off an alarm by pulling on the door at 2 a.m. An officer said Rinehart had trouble locating his ID, smelled of alcohol, slurred his words and refused a breath test, and that he was loud and uncooperative. Rinehart paid $195 in fines and surcharges, according to court databases.
