Because for the right price I would be interested in seeing him as a rush lb. Just don't know how well he would do standing up.

Miami was one of the three teams interested in Osi, along with Carolina and St. Louis. Miami is the only team in the bunch that runs a 3-4, so Osi will stand up as a 3-4 LB if he winds up with the Dolphins.
