Bengals Have Yet To Discuss A New Deal For RB Cedric Benson

Joe Reedy of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports via twitter that he has spoken with Bengals running back Cedric Benson and there are currently no updates on a contract extension for Benson. Benson is set to make $2.65 Million in 2010, the final year on his current deal. Benson established career highs last season in rushing yards (1,251), touchdowns (6) and yards per carry (4.2).
