Eagles CB Ellis Hobbs Signs One-Year Tender

Ellis Hobbs has signed his one-year tender to remain with the Eagles, according to the Philadelphia Daily News' Les Bowen. Hobbs landed on the IR last season with a neck injury. Assuming he's healthy entering 2010, he'll compete for the role of nickel back and can also contribute on special teams in both the coverage and the return game.
