Bears TE Greg Olsen Attends Offseason Workouts

Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports via twitter that tight end Greg Olsen showed up at the Bears offseason workouts. Head Coach Lovie Smith made abundantly clear last week that he thinks Olsen can play under Mike Martz. There were rumors swirling at the scouting combine that the Bears could be shopping Olsen after the Bears hired Martz as offensive coordinator, who has never asked his tight ends to run many passing routes, nullifying Olsen's talents.
