| Restricted Free Agent LB Rashad Jeanty Unlikely To Return To The Bengals | | |
Outside linebacker Rashad Jeanty will make trips next week as the possibilities begin to increase that he might not return to the Bengals next season. Jeanty is a restricted free agent but he was given the low tender of $1.176 million and since he was undrafted, a team would not have to give up a draft pick to the Bengals as compensation. The conventional wisdom is that the Bengals would not match an offer since both sides have tried to agree to a multi-year deal for close to two years to no avail.
