Eagles Cut WR Kevin Curtis

Kevin Curtis has been cut by the Eagles, according to Adam Caplan's twitter page. The move is not surprising as Curtis had trouble staying healthy, and the Eagles are well-stocked at receiver with rising stars DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and Jason Avant but Curtis should still find work with another team though.

The eagles seem to be cutting a lot of deadwood like Dallas did last year.

Curtis just can't get through the injuries, he could still bounce back and come cheap for any willing teams.

I felt bad for him being constantly injured, but this move makes total sense and wasn't surprising to anyone, including Kevin. I hope he can stay healthy and do well elsewhere. He's seems like a pretty cool guy.

Both made sense for the Eagles, i'd take Curtis as a fourth WR in Bmore.

I guess the one good thing about having no CBA is that releasing players does not affect your cap so i guess it makes sense that the eagles are cleaning house
