| Georgia Police Seeks To Interview Ben Roethlisberger's Nevada Accuser | | | Police in Georgia have sought to interview Andrea McNulty, the woman who accused Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of rape in a Nevada civil suit last year, her attorney said Wednesday. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into allegations that Roethlisberger sexually assaulted an unidentified 20-year-old college student on the morning of March 5. Roethlisberger, through his attorney, has denied the accusation. KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh reported that attorney Calvin Dunlap, who represents McNulty, said that Georgia authorities sought to interview his client and Dunlap told the station he only allows clients with pending litigation to discuss cases under extraordinary scenarios. "They need information from us, and frankly we need information from them, so I will make a decision on how to proceed as the need arises," Dunlap told KDKA. Source: USA Today | | |
